LITTLE HAMMERS


This program is designed to get those 3-4 year old's on the wrestling mat and moving their body! This practice time can help young children learn how to move their body, improve balance, exercise, and follow directions given by a coach. Although they will not be wrestling each other, each exercise is designed to teach wrestling fundamentals such as stance, moving on their feet, sprawling, etc. Wrestling shoes are not required!
